We brought our work truck (a 2011 Ford 250 box truck) to them for a bunch of maintenance work plus all new breaks and to fix the front suspension. Ovetall, they were great to work with. I appreciated how they tried to get everything done by the deadlines I conveyed to them, as well as how well they communicated with us. They sent detailed information and also pictures to show us what they were describing. As for cost it was expensive work, but I know that was because they used original and heavy duty truck parts, and did a good job, which is ultimately the best solution for the truck overall. I also like the 2 year warranty they provide on everything. In addition, we really appreciated the extra lengths they took to keep the truck safe and secure (we have a ton of very expensive tools in the back) when it needed to sit at their shop overnight. I would recommend H&H!!
